New Moon Restorative Yoga

This gentle, grounding practice is designed to support rest, reflection, and renewal. Each session will include time to set personal intentions, aligned with a unique monthly theme inspired by the energy of the lunar cycle. All levels are welcome; come as you are, and take this pause to reconnect with yourself. This class takes place monthly on (or very close to) the new moon - dates and times will be shared one month in advance.
