Anatomy for Asana

at Sun Moon Yoga & Healing, Tinton Falls

Anatomy for Asana is an engaging and comprehensive overview of the human body as it relates to the practice of yoga. Students will learn in depth about the skeletal and muscular systems, joints, movement, functional and structural variations, best practices for managing injury and more.

Christine’s expert instruction provides the tools to both teach and practice with more confidence and clarity. This module is ideal for current yoga teachers who are interested in a deep and accessible understanding of anatomy and biomechanics. It’s also perfect for committed yoga students who want to dig deeper into their personal practice by learning more about their own bodies.

Christine Dates is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). This course counts as 16 CE hours for yoga teachers.
